More Loss and a internal Challenge!!!

On Sat. 3/7 I went to my weigh in, got on the scale and Woohoo!!!! 6.3 more pounds gone I now weigh 380 pounds!!!!!!! I'm 17 pounds away from losing 100 pounds which should be gone by 2 week from that day... the 21st.

Now for the challenge I left that challenge and got on a plane heading for Las Vegas!!! Home of free alcohol for gamblers and the Giant Buffet. However I think I'm in enough control of me to come back to the next weigh in and weigh 7 pounds less, even after all the Vegas Crap being thrown at me. I intend to eat, and have a few drinks, but I think I can behave as I've reprogrammed me to be a better eater, better person...

So now, I'm back from Sin City and I definitely have to wait for Saturdays weigh in. I have no idea where I am in this body... I ate and ate well and ate more than I should have. Nowhere near what I would have. 1 Well loaded plate as opposed to multiple trips. So that was a big difference for me. Next time just a sitdown restaurant, no buffet's I think. I drank, again not as much as I would have but more than the average person. However in all this I also managed to take in several shakes at the hotel and the airports instead of shoveling crap in. And this week also marks the start of my tea consumption. I drank several 17 ounce bottles of water that I had put Herbalife's Herbal Tea Concentrate into and as some of you may know, Herbalifer's call it drink and shrink, because it burns 80 calories just by drinking it. I'm having one right now.

So I definitely need to detoxify, I felt crappy when I came back and today 2 shakes, egg white omelet and on my tea right now. Taking my pills which I also took to Vegas with me. Right now my overall assessment is that I didn't do great by a long shot, but I know where I've been and this trip for me?... I didn't do too bad. Me and single trip to the buffet could never be said in the same sentence til this trip. I also avoided starches and nitrate foods as much as I could. No waffles, pancakes, potatoes etc... just proteins and veggies. Bad side... lots of sauces on everything.

My drinks however were not so hot. Vodka Cranberry Juice (Cape Codder) for all you northeasters and Cape Coddah for all you Massholes... 189 calories each for a 6 oz. glass, they were small. 189 times many is a lot.

So now I do what I can for the rest of the week and hope I can make my challenge a reality. Wish me luck...

Bigger Drop

OK Y nothing last week? Because I thought I'd done well but believe the scale battery was dying. As well as I thought I'd done, it was up 2 pounds. I wouldn't accept it. But my coach logged it so it's in the books. However this week. 7.3 pounds down!!!

So now I'm down a total of 77 pounds since the 3rd week of Sept., 08. My energy is through the roof and my entire eating strategy.... wow strategy, I just saw that. Not plan, not system, but strategy, I'm attacking my fat self with nutrition and good food.

I'm doing Herbalife and feeling Awesome, I'm now drinking 5 shakes a day with 3 scoops of protein powder, 2 scoops of shake mix and skim milk. I also now eat egg white omelets, and 2 chicken breast and a quart of broccoli.

Big jump from chinese food, burgers, McDonalds, and more crap than you can imagine.

77 Pounds, I never imagined. Just filled in my tracker I made in Google Docs (spreadsheet) and my BMI has also gone down from 59 to 50.
